Tool Time

I made these two quick cards using the Tool Background. Cherry Cobbler was used on one card and Basic Black on the other. This is a great masculine background and can be used for any occasion depending on embellishments and sentiments.

A Trip to the Dentist

Jake's second year dental checkup! He did great and NO cavities. I used the Stampin' Up Rosette Bigz Die to cut the three huge toothbrushes. The papers are the new InColors - Gumball Green, Starfruit and Raspberry Ripple all on Night of Navy. These are two 12x12 pages for his scrapbook.

I also did a quick 8x8 page of his new dog 'Chopper'! He loves Jake and Jake loves him. They are so cute together.

Try That Technique

The Technique Junkie's Try That Technique was my pleasure this week. The 3D Shadow Technique was featured on the Stampin' Companion CD. I used the 'Two by Two' stamp on this card with a Bashful Blue base and Baja Breeze mat. I just love the stamp!

Left-Overs

I was cleaning up my table and found all these parts laying around so I put them together to make this 'HI' card! The base is Baja Breeze with the Newsprint mat! Just a quick card to clean up!

Total CASE

Mary Fish had a card just like this on her blog the other day! It was so neat for a gift card I had to case it! And believe me it is totally CASE'd! Using all new Stampin' Up products it is such a cute card. The envelope was made using the Stampin Up Simply Scored Tool, Comfort Cafe Designer Paper and the Layered Labels for the sentiment.

I made the card below from Peach Parfait (retired) scraps trying out the new Oval Accent Die 127005. The Designer Paper is retired as well. The label was cut with the Apothecary Accents Framelits 127003 and the sentiment from Priority Mail Hostess Set 127044. Now the TIP: the circle background was stamped using Wild Wasabi using the 'left-over rubba' from Daydream Medallions 126467. WOW what you can do with scraps!

Father's Day

I know it was yesterday and I forgot to post this card! I made the mustache using the retired Leave Die from Stampin' Up. Makes it perfectly. The embossing folder is Argyle brayered first before running thru the Big Shot for depth. Early Expresso and Crumb Cake are the papers used for this card.

Love Birds!

Love Birds! Pretty in Pink & Bashful Blue are the base colors for this cute congratulations card! Leaves are punched from the Stampin Up bird punch and the flowers from BoHo Blossoms. I used the Heart Framelits to make the backdrop for the newly weds. The final mat is retired Beau Chateau Designer Paper.

Challenge Inspiration

Color Challenge 176

From Bassinet to Buggie! I made this little buggie the same method that the bassinet from yesterday was made! I did make it smaller and added wheels. It now has a 'retro' look! It is just too cute. Great for showers, parties, or packaging for a gift card or onsie. The Betsy's Blossoms stamp set is 'the best!' Challenge 176 Colors to use - Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight and Wild Wasabi.

Baby Bassinet

We made little baskets today at our Stamp Club meeting. One of my customers is expecting their 10th grandbaby and so we came up with this design to use as a baby shower centerpiece. I took the picture next to the Big Shot so you could see the size.

This little bassinet would make a super centerpiece for each table filled with baby goodies! Make it pink, blue or pale green or yellow (if the sex is unknown)! It would just be a nice gift for the hospital in lieu of flowers filled with baby (or mommie) goodies!

I also plan on making on with wheels for a stroller and adding some punched flowers for decoration!

Drink Mixes

I saw this somewhere on the net and can't remember where for proper credit. It goes over the neck of a water bottle for your instant drink mix! Too cute. Loved the idea; have made these before but not quite like this one. If anyone knows who should get credit, let me know and I'll post it. Proves... too much surfing!

Prayer Book

Using the LNS (Late Night Stampers) Color Challenge 176 (Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo, Wild Wasabi) I made this little Prayer Book to keep in your purse! The image is from Stampin' Up Praying Hands and the sentiment from Thoughts & Prayers. I colored the ribbon with Wild Wasabi reinker for the handles. This little book is a mini-composition book purchased at Wally Mart (3 for $1.77). Perfect size to jot down prayer requests and special people you want to remember!
