This project is for our January scrapbooking class. I used a piecing theme from Treasure Box Designs. She has some beautiful stuff on that website. I love her designs.

We will probably have our coldest time of the year.

Ring Dance

I made these pages for my friend's daughter's ring dance. When I went to school we didn't have that so I had to look it up to see what it was!

I hope she likes it. It is using her school colors. Sometimes it's hard to make a page when you don't have the photos. But it is fun to see what you can come up with.

Lovely Lattice

One of Stampin Up's Free Hostess Gift stamp set - Lovely Lattice was the focal point of this card. I love the markers and how much depth you get and such a bold look.

The base is Granny Apple Green. It's just such a pretty stamp and so easy to color. Would also make a good sympathy card or birthday card. Love it.

SnowFlake Showcase

I am running a bit behind in my posts so will try to catch up this long week-end! I don't think I posted this card. It uses the Snow Blizzard bundle available only thru November.

I was in a hurry and did not line the snow shower up very well but it is still a pretty card. The base is Night of Navy with a large Whisper White Snow Flake. You can use this set and its matching framelits through out the Winter months. It is not just for Christmas!

Snowflakes

Again I used Coastal Cabana for the base and I glued lots of snowflakes cut from the new Snowflake Thinlet. I added a section stamped with the snowflake tree to make a background on a Whisper White mat.

The sentiment was in the snowflake set and perfectly fit the punch!

Tea Time

Coastal Cabana is the base for this card. It is such a soft and beautiful color. I used matching Designer Paper on a Layer of Whisper White. I stamped the sentiment and cut it out with the stitched ovals and hand-cut the tea cup.

I added a few sequins for accent but not sure how I feel about them. Enjoy!

Happy for You

Blackberry Bliss is the base of this card with a Very Vanilla Mat and then Designer Paper. I used the templates for stamping around a circle to put the For You and cut the Happy from the Christmas Thinlits.

I love the olors and the card and am really liking the templates. I still want to try some more! Wait and see.

Rooted in Nature

This is the first time I used this set and I really like it. Makes great masculine cards and fall cards. It's Rooted in Nature. The base is Very Vanilla with Soft Suede and Cajun Craze inks

My computer is giving me fits today and it goes off the internet and back on so I have to cut this short so I can get some other work done. Hope you like it and thanks for stopping by.

Love What You Do

I fell in love with this 'Love What You Do' Designer Paper. The base is Mossy Meadow, a cardstock Stampin Up brought back and Mint Macaron which had also retired.  I used a piece of the designer paper for the mat and cut some of the flowers by hand and placed them on Dimensionals.

I cut a few images with the Big Shot and added the flowers on top. Makes a lovely card for most any occasion depending on the sentiment. I added pearls on the flowers.

Friendship

I made this card using a set of templates posted on YouTube specializing in writing in a circle and have it spaced perfectly using the Stamparatus. And It does work!

I used the Time for Tea stamp set and I really like it. I cu the cup and put it on dimensionals. Hope you like it.

Paper Bag Album

What three paper bags will make! Yes 3 brown lunch bags. This little album holds 6 pockets for pictures and Memorabilia from a special trip, birthday or any occasion. The theme can be changed by using different decorative papers.

It closes with a decorative belly band. I made this using a few different framelits and papers. How cute is it! Would make a great gift.

Dad & Daughter Dance

PaPaw and Miss Scarlett went to the Father/Daughter Dance at Temple Christian School since her dad is absent (I'm sure he was watching over them) and very proud his dad got to take her.

I know they had a good time and bonding experience. Love you, Scarlett.

Give Blood - Give Life

Thankful...

I really love how this simple card turned out! I like the Country Home Stamp Set and coloring with SU's Blends.

It's so simple but elegant. I used the Corrugated Dynamic Embossing Folder for the background and Crumb Cake for the base of this card. Rich Razzelberry was the main color of the flowers in the ole milk container. Hope you like it. Great Thanksgiving card.

Step-Up Card

I love this design. You can get two cards from one 8.5 x 11 card stock. This card has Sahara Sand as the base and mat is Joyous Noel Designer Paper. I used some retired Copper paper for the deer and embellishments.

I even made a matching envelope!

Picture 1 is the back of the card for your greeting or signature! The middle card is showing it will stand alone but when folded for an envelope a gift card will slide right in (or money). The third picture show the card folded to fit the envelope! Great masculine card and change the papers and images for any occasion card.

Natl. Honor Society

My friend's daughter is in the National Honor Society (Congratulations) and I made these Scrapbook pages for her.

Blizzard Card

This card was done using the Blizzard Thinlits Die. It is so pretty and serves two purposes. You can use the snow flakes OR just use the paper you cut them from.

The scan does now show it well but the paper behind the cut-out is Lavendar Glitter Paper (not SU) and adhered to Elegant Eggplant. I did use some pale green and white glitter paper for the sentiment. I really like that die and especially since you can use both pieced. I did put a snow flake inside as well.

Each flake has a rhinestone as a center.

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

Stampin Up has out done themselves with the Santa's Workshop Specialty Designer Paper. Most of the sheets have a touch of velvet to add dimension and a touch of velvet!

Using the matching framelits you can punch out the designs and you are ready to go! OR you have the stamps from the Signs of Santa to stamp and color! What fun!

I punched all the characters from the paper and adhered with Dimensionals. Inside the card I used Whisper White and added the North Pole sign and it is on a Dimensional as well.

Snowflakes

Another new Die and matching stamp set for a limited time. (Snow is Glistening & Snowfall Thinlets)

I used silver foil paper for the mat and a piece of town watercolor paper for the back drop. The card base if Bashful Blue. I found one sheet of Bashful Blue (long-time retired) and just had to use it! I also used SU's Glimmer Paper for the snowflakes!
