Outdoor Fun

PaPaw, Jake and Scarlett at the cabin just enjoying the outdoors. Jake loves to ride the 4-wheeler and so does Miss Scarlett. Sorry I did not get her picture on it.

Love scrapping the grandkids! Enjoy.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Gingham Gala

The new Gingham Gala paper pad was an inspiration for this card. I used Gorgeous Grape and Highland Heather for the card colors. The stamp set is the new Climbing Roses with matching Rose Trellis Thinlets.

As accent I used 2 acrylic dots and some White Linen Ribbon. I colored the roses with SU colored pencils and cut with the Rose Trellis Thinlet.

Tea Time

I love this set and the matching Framelits. I am not a tea drinker but it is so cute. I glued the designer paper to the white cardboard from the back of the pack and used the matching framelits to cut it out. Gives it body.

The set has a matching cup with I cut and is on the inside of the card but still lots of room to write a message. I used Coastal Cabana for the card base and Island Indigo for the front mat embossed with yet another new item in the Spring mini-catalog!

Until next time!

Merry Christmas

We did these pages for our December SB club BUT when I did mine I messed up so the arrangement is different but still works… Love the matching PJ’s…

The 5 strips are for journaling…

Santa was good to them this year and they were having a ball opening presents, playing and just having fun.

Recycling Scraps

I used the reverse cut-out from the Merry Christmas Framelits and had this paper on my table so... a card was born!

I topped it off with a bow from ribbon from last year's Sale-A-Bration and some enamel trees and snowflakes.

Hope everyone has recuperated from the Christmas festivities!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Dashing Deer

Cherry Cobbler is the base of this card and the Buffalo Check Background is stamped on Very Vanilla Cardstock. The main focal point is layered several times.

Three enamel dots accent the front. I love the dashing deer framelit; he is just perfect. This card can be used for masculine birthday, note card, sympathy or, yes, Christmas!

TOMORROW is coming and Santa is watching...

Snowy Day

In the Woods Framelits completely made this stunning white on white card. I used Shimmering White for the base embossed with the Subtle Embossing folder. The other parts are watercolor paper which gives the image body.

The scan looks grey but the entire card is from WHITE! I stamped Joy with Gray Granite and added a heart I colored with a silver Magic Marker.

Just TWO more days!

Until next time have a blessed day!

The Grinch...

My granddaughter, Josie, had dress up as a character at her school and here's is Miss Cindy Loo Who!

Now how cute is that! I would have loved to see the whole class. Anywho... The Grinch is back and ready to 'steal Christmas'!

Only THREE (3) days left!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Reverse Image

The Dashing Deer was cut out of the top piece of cardstock and layered on Shaded Spruce. Under the Mistletoe Designer paper is the mat on this card.

The top layer is adhered with Dimensionals and accented with 3 acrylic dots. They aren't exactly the same color but they match ok. Hope you like it - another simple, easy card!

Until next time hve a blessed day!

Joy, Joy, Joy

A simple design but pretty. It's base is Poppy Parade; a color Stampin Up brought back! Ribbon is the same and I had it from the old days.

Three acrylic green dots accent the card with a small acrylic bow at the top.

Prancing Deer

Under the Mistletoe Designer Paper is the mat for this cute card mounted on Shaded Spruce cardstock. I punched the deer from the Detailed Deer Framelits. I punched two and glued them together to give it some body and mounted it on Dimensionals.

I love the deer and I'm sure any male that received this card would love it too. It has two large mats; one from Whisper White and the DSP one. Hope you like this.

Noah's Ark

This is such a cute image from the new Occasions Mini coming soon - Perfectly Paired. Makes a great Juvie card - Birthday or any occasion.

The base is Crumb Cake matted with Early Espresso. I colored the image with Blends and added Wink of Stella over the water. Too cute - love it.

Christmas Tree

Night of Navy is the base for this card accented with gold stars left-over from the Santa tag set and embossed with the Falling Snow Embossing folder.

The trees are from the Rooted in Nature (fussy cut) and Winter Woods cut with the matching framelits. Its a simple card but I do like and all you need do is add a sentiment. Snow is cut from watercolor paper to give it texture and topped off with 3 pearls.

Until next time have a great day!

Another Sneak Peek

A sneak peek from the new Occasion catalog coming soon! The stamp set is Flowing Fountain; simple but beautiful. Great sympathy card and other sentiments!

I colored it with Blends mounted on a Basic Grey paper with the Petal Burst Embossing folder. The card base is Smokey Slate with 3 acrylic dots as accent.

Zindorf knock-off

I saw this card and had to CASE it posted on Pinterest. The base is Sahara Sand with a More Mustard mat (retired) and the last mat is from the Wood Textures Paper Stack and embossed with the Plank embossing folder.

The fish net is from the Under the Sea Framelits and was added to cover up a mistake (artistic decision). The planks were stamped, cut and distressed! Love it.

Santa R & R

This was a cut out from the Santa Christmas paper in the mini-catalog. He is on a stitched oval with 2 acrylic rounds! The embossed paper behind him is a folder I found in my stash but very fitting. The santa cut out is fussy cut and on Dimensionals.

The card is accented by the red acrylic bow. Christmas will be here and gone soon so guess I better start mailing my cards instead of making more! The inside and outside sentiment is from the stamp set Homemade Kindness. The base is Garden Green with a watercolor paper mat! Enjoy.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Merry Christmas

I had some scraps on the table so I picked them up and made this card. Two scraps of designer paper are the base and I embossed the card front with the Subtle Embossing Folder. It gives your paper the linen look. The base is Old Olive.

I punched some pine cones from the Christmas Pines stamp set and added the inside greeting from that set as well. The big greeting is from the Peaceful Poinsettia stamp set on a stitched label. It ended up a cute card after all.

Have a great day and stay inside if you can... it's too cold to go out and too much snow.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Wishing You Well

Wishing you well is the name of this set (147864). I will admit I was not too impressed with this set but I feel in love with the organdy bow.

The backgound is the Buffalo Check Background Stamp on Island Indigo. The image was stamped on Very Vanilla and placed on several layers of cardstock including black. Hope you rethink getting this set!.

Snowy Home

I know it's the house again but for some reason I can't stop coloring it. I love the design too.

It has such great detail. I did however use all Stampin Up paper and markers; Wink of Stella is on the moon to make it 'sparkle'!

And of course I got ink all over it...

Snowy Church

I know this is NOT an SU stamp but I saw it on Pinterest and truly feel in love with it. I had to try so I did purchase the digi stamp! It's all gray scale - monochromatic.

Even my hubby made a comment about it. I did try one yesterday's post from an SU stamp but not quite the same caliber. The holly leaves are from 2 or 3 years ago. Love them too.

Comments welcome. This would make a great Christmas Card or Winter Birthday or sympathy.

Until next time have a blessed day!
