Roses

Whisper White is the card base for this beauty. I used the Climbing Roses Stamp Set for the background stamped directly on the white cardstock

The roses were cut using the Rose Trellis Thinlets as well as the decoration behind them. The saying is from the Climbing Roses Stamp Set cut with the smallest Stitched Rectangle Framelit. Two acrylic dots accent the sentiment.

I colored the flowers using Stampin Up Blends. Enjoy!

Golden Thoughts

Golden Thoughts Stamp Set is the focal point of this card. The images are stamped in Basic Black on Very Vanilla. I add 3 glitter acrylic dots for accent and a punched leaf.

The mat was placed on a piece of Share What You Love Special Designer Paper. This set makes a stunning card and a must have set.

Tea Time

Daffodil Delight is the base for this card. I used Tea Room Designer Paper for the frame, tea pot and cup/saucer. I cut the hole in the middle of the DSP with a Stitched Rectangle! The tea pot and cup was adhered with Dimensinals.

The sentiment is on a 'Dolly Parton' heart with a glittered jewel as accent. The knob on the tea pot is also a glittered acrylic jewel. I then lined a Whisper White envelope to match!

My first bendi

This is the first bendi card I have ever made. It turned out ok but it has a few mistakes but now I know how to fix it.

The middle card should be a bit more in so it would bend a bit more. It is Shimmer White and I used the Home for Christmas stamp set and framelits.

It was a fun card to make so may be looking at more!

Masculine Card

Combined Stamp Sets on this card are Sea of Textures and the new Best Catch. Have you ever made a card and the more you did the 'worse' it got? Well this is a prime example but it turned out semi-OK.

For number one, the fish is too green (per my hubby) and the sand looks yukky. Anywho it would make a good Retirement, Birthday, Vacation Trip or any occasion. Hope you like it. Next one will be better - that's called learn from your mistakes!

Hostess Set from the Occasions Mini

This hostess set is in the Occasions Mini. The card base is Pumpkin Pie with an Old Olive embossed mat. A few of the vellum leaves accent this card.

I used the Rectangle Stitched Framelit to cut the flower out.

Love this set for masculine cards. Growing up my sister had a teal mustang so I made this one because of that.

The base of the card is Shaded Spruce with a Real Red mat and a sheet of the Garage 6 x 6 designer paper.

Easter Greetings

Here's another stamp set from the new Occasions mini-catalog. Simple but cute! The inside has Easter Greetings on a Calypso Coral Stitched Frame.

I used the white burlap ribbon and two acrylic stones for accent. He is such a cute bunny.

Jingle All the Way

I know, I know it is not a Stampin Up stamp but I just fell in love with the Copic coloring so had to make this card. I am using my older designer paper for the mat and I put the same mat inside too.

I used mostly Blends but I don't have the Real Red Blend so had to use my Copics. Isn't it funny how after Christmas you can see and find so many cards you 'could' have made. Love it.

February Scrapbook Pages

These two 12x12 pages are for the Scrapbook Club in February! Great for Valentines. I'm still not too happy that Stampin Up no longer sells the 12 x 12 paper except for a few neutral colors. But...

White has to be the background but would have loved something in Red. The page holds 3 - 4 x 4 pictures and 2 - 4 x 6 pictures. The title was cut with the Curio. I did use older printed DSP from a 6 x 6 pad.

Happy Spring

With all the snow and dreary weather we have had lately I thought a crisp, Spring card would be a bit of enlightenment!

I love the little ducks following the mom! The base is Rich Razzleberry.

One thing that confuses me, I used Blends to color the ducks. I stamped with Black Momento Ink and when I colored the mama duck's coat, I looked a bit later and it ran like crazy. Not wanted to ditch the card, I used a white paint pen and covered it up. I thought Momento was the proper ink to use!

I cut the Tea Cup and attached a backdrop; stamped the greeting and then attached to a tea bag. Then made a Glassine envelope for it…

Cute little remembrance gift.

 

Again this would make a nice gift tag or placeholder.

Cute gift tag

I used the tea pot Framelit to make this cute little tea pot gift tag! It can be a gift tag or a thank you note.

I then made a Glassine envelope for it. I cut two pots - one print and one white. I folded the top of the white one across where the lid of the pot goes and glued it to the other side lining it up perfectly. It would also make a nice place holder at a special dinner!

Anywho I just love it; it is too cute.

By the Bay

Another FREEBIE from Sale A Brations! It is By the Bay and is such fun to color and make it come to life.

The base is Very Vanilla with Soft Suede and wood printed mats. A small ribbon tie is on the side for accent. The Wood Print and the Very Vanilla paper the image is on was cut with the stitched Rectangle Framelits. (Love 'em and a MUST HAVE)

Home to Roost

Another FREEBIE stamp set from Sale A Brations! It's called Home to Roost and I just love the rooster. He was colored using Stampin Up Blends and punched out using a Stitched Circle Framelit and the scallop circle to mat the image.

I used the Corrugated Embossing folder with the Crumb Cake mat. The card base is Soft Suede. I used a saying from Itty Bitty Sentiments and mounted it on the Washi Tape (retired) punch accented with two yellow acrylic dots.

Lovely Lattice

Love this stamp set. It can be used on lots of cards. I did however cut it out with the Brother Scan N Cut to make this card. The base is Daffodil Delight with a Granny Apple Green mat embossed with the Lattice Embossing folder.

The beauty of this stamp is its FREE thru Sale A Brations. Buy $50. of regular Stampin Up (not including S&H and tax) and it is absolutely FREE.

The flowers are colored with Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Blends. The blend so perfectly. Love the deep color. Can be a note card, sympathy, birthday and many more.

It's your day...

Another masculine card for you today. I used Crumb Cake for the base and printed wooden paper for the mat. Stamped on the mat is a fisherman from the Best Catch (148598) stamp set. By the way it also has a set of matching Framelits. (which I forgot to order)

I used the Square Stitched Framelits for the sentiment and wrapped the mat with Linen Thrread. I'm sure any guy would love this card.

You're a Classic

The stamp set is PERFECT for many masculine cards. Seems it is hard to find or make a masculine card. This is for you...

The card base is Tranquil Tire cut smaller than 4.25 x 5.50 and then adhered to a full piece 4.25 x 5.5. Just adds a bit of interest. I have Whisper White inside to add your greeting or write a note. The paper is from the Classic Garage 6 x 6 and I cut the motorcycle out. I also colored the acrylic dots with the Black Blend. Oh and I used the Impressions plates to emboss the gears rather than cut them out.

Bees...

Granny Apple Green is the base for this card with a Daffodil Delight mat. It is a CASE from Michelle Zindorf.

The background is stamped with Daffodil Delight on Whisper White Paper and shaded with sponge daubers. The bees were stamped and cut with my Brother Scan N Cut (love it 'cause it eliminates fussy cuts). The bees are from Dragonfly Dreams and the flourish is from Flourishing Phrases. The card is accented with 3 acrylic dots.

Truly Masculine

Don't you just love the new Geared Up Garage Bundle. It has matching Framelits and even Designer Paper (6x6) and metal elements.

The card base is Basic Black with a Pumpkin Pie Mat supporting a piece of the Classic Garage 6x6 papers. I topped the sentiment off with one of the cute little Classic Garage Metal Elements. I also used the new Rectangle Stitched Framelits.

Winter Woods

Winter Woods was used in making this card. The base is embossed with the Subtle Embossing Folder. The white trees were done with the matching Framelits

Cajun Craze is the mat for the Wooded 6 x 6 paper. The trees are stamped (on the background) in Basic Black and the card is accented with Burlap Ribbon and a Bow Tie Clip.

Falling Flowers

This card was created using the Falling Flowers on Crumb Cake and a Crumb Cake base. It was created by my cyber friend, Regina! (Thank you) and I LOVE IT.

I got carried away with the white dots. I was so taken back that the gel pen still worked. Usually after one use it is shot! The images are colored with the Stampin Up pencil collections. Sentiment is from Lasting Lillys.
