Snowmen

Snowman Season highlights this card. It is quick & easy to make and can be a masculine card, birthday card, even a Christmas Card.

There is a verse inside and a few paper snowflakes. The blues believe it or not, are the same color but the scan makes it look different. The snowmen are stamped randomly with a touch of color on the scarf, hat and carrot nose!

The sentiment is punched out with the Large Oval and then two 'Dolly Parton' hearts to help it stand out. Card base is Seaside Spray matted with Night of Navy.

I have been MIA lately but I had a super, great visit with an old friend from VAB. Hadn't seen her in over 20 years so lots of catching up.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Feels Like Frost

Another Feels Like Frost Christmas card. I love that paper. I used Seaside Spray as the base with an added 3" strip from the 6 x 6 paper stack. The image is for the Greatest Part of Christmas stamp set that is a FREE hostess gift!

The greeting is stamped on a die cut from the Beautiful Boughs and is mounted on a die cut from Frosted Frames. I added a few snow flakes for accent. There was enough Feels like Frost paper to add a strip to the flap of the envelope.

Have a wonderful day and STAMP!!!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Feels Like Frost

This was an easy, peasey & quick card. The silver foil adds such a great accent as the mat and the frosty paper is from the 6x6 Stack Feels Like Frost. I scattered some silver sequins to show off the silver foil.

The scan looks black but it is silver! I even made a matching envelope with the left over Frost paper.
Great Christmas card for a man! The stamp set is Greatest Part of Christmas FREE as a hostess gift.

Halloween House

Another embroidery creation. I love the little house and it's a good fit on the gray pot holder. Hope you like it.

Makes a good gift!

Quick & easy Christmas Card

The card base is Night of Navy with a silver mat. The final mat is 4 x 5 1/4 stamped with snowflakes from the White Craft ink using a stamp from Grunge (retired).

The snow is torn water color paper with the two rabbits for the set, Wildly Happy.I used a light gray marker to highlight the rabbit.

Pop-up fold card

I promised a card today and hope to make some more. Got cleaning done so hopefully crafting the rest of the day.

I love the Plaid 6 x 6 paper so I used it for this card.

Front                                 Back

On the back is big enough to write or stamp a message. The card it self is 6 x 6 so we'll make an envelope for it. There is another version of this same type card and I hope to get one made today.

Enjoy this great weather.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Last one today...

What a gift! on t-paper! I just had to try it. There are some really cute saying you can embroidery on the t-paper but I have to find 'em first.

Gotta quit this for today. I have class tomorrow and haven't even written the instructions yet. Have a great day!

Here comes Santa...

I made this for my granddaughter, Josie! I was really just practicing and wish I had done it on a long sleeve T. It's still cute.

Everything you do you learn something. I learned how to change the bobbin midstream and it start sewing where you left off.  It is a fun hobby which I really didn't need another one.

Just another try...

Now I know why people embroidery - to cover stains. This T had a stain now UNDER the moose!

This will be smooth when I press it! I keep now trying to find things to embroider. It's lots of fun except for having to change threads all the time! Hope u like it.

Until next time have a great day!

Change of pace today...

I went to the $Tree and bought some 4 for $1.00 micro-dish clothes—Just to practice on. Here is a moose I embroidered on one of them since hubby is going moose hunting next week!

I haven’t had time to play with the new machine; been sick for three days and had to prepare for a class Saturday and take hubs to the dr. today. Hope to get some done Friday since now I have to go to work.

Hope you like it!

Until next time have a blessed (rainy) day!

Gnomes!

Not an SU stamp but I like gnomes plus this is a repurposed card. I had to have the paper pieced clown that was on this card originally so the gnomes were the replacement! (Artistic decision)

BTW since this scan was done I added tiny pom-poms on the top of their hats. Sometimes in a pinch you have to 'rob from Peter to pay Paul'! Hope you like it!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Fishing is in his blood!

Jacob and his family camping at Jelly Stone. It was for his birthday (10th). I know he loves camping and fishing especially.

He is so proud of all the fish he caught. Happy Birthday Jake!

Venardos Circus

Miss Josie, Mom and Dad went to the Circus here in Lynchburg! Looks like a fun nibht.

I've been MIA for a few days but have been in bed fighting a really bad cold. Hope I am on the mend. I am behind in my scrapbooking!

Punchie

Well I just deleted this post so gotta redo it.

This is such a cute punchie card. Great for baseball, T-Ball or softball. You could replace the base ball with a basketball or soccer ball without the hat! Great Juvie or masculine card.

We are making these at the Punchie Class this week. The sentiments were left off on purpose so when you need a certain type of card you can add your own.

I've been playing with my new Embroidery machine so my paper projects have suffered. But you know how it is to get a new toy. (I'm sure)

Enjoy this great weather - it has finally turned Fall!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Apple pickin' time

Gingham apples punched from the Gingham Paper Stack (retired). I used the Harvest Hello Bundle which contains the Apple Builder Punch and the stamp set, Harvest Hellos!

It just looks like a 'happy card'! I did not put a sentiment; will wait till I need a card for a specific occasion.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Pine Boughs

Simple card with one layer stamped with the Pine Bough Stamp set. The sentiment is in that same set (I like that)! I ran the edges of the card thru the gold stamp pad for added color.

The card is Very Vanilla; boughs are Mossy Meadow with Early Espresso pine cones. I then took a marker and drew the lines around the images. Love this card and would be great for a super, quick Christmas card.

Until next time have a blessed day!
