Fancy Fold

This idea was sent to me by one of my SU partners (in crime). Love it and it's really not too hard to make. I like the idea that you can insert a gift card or have just a card as well.

Just add a Belly Band to set it off. Great card, Laronne Schwendeman found in Pinterest!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Beautiful Owl

This beautiful owl was done on copper screen wire! The pic does not do it justice. He was so easy to stitch and another image by Taz Cabrera. I know you can't tell it in the picture but it does glisson in the light

Tree Topper

I realize it is a bit early for Christmas but just had to try this tree topper angel. She is also really cute with a LED candle shining thru her skirt as a center piece.

She is beautiful and stitches nicely.

Until next time have a safe and blessed day!

Magnolia Tri-Fold

This tri-fold greeting card's base is Mossy Meadow. The inserts are from the Magnolia Designer Paper. You can make this as a birthday card, thinking of  you, sympathy, and lots of others - especially Mom's Day.

Any YES folded it fits a standard envelop for mailing. I also stamped a magnolia bud on the envelope and slightly colored it. Hope you enjoy it.

Vintage Sewing Machine

I embroidered this just for fun. I will frame it for my sewing room. Old Vintage Machines are amazing and fun to use. I learned to sew on one.

I am working on our usual 2021 Refrigerator Calendars and will post when completed.

Have a great day and stay safe.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Faux Stained Glass Door

This no school and stay at home order leads you to do more crafty things. I love this door and I know my Josie enjoyed making it.

What a great project! I did see on FB someone had done this in chalk on their driveway but I really like the door idea. It adds so  much color.

Flower Sack Towels

I did these two towels today. Didn't get much else done.

I hope to get more done today. These at home all day everyday and no visitors is getting to everyone. After it is over... the hair dressers will be swamped.

Have a great day and stay safe.

Sympathy

First: Happy Easter to all!

This white on white card is an elegant way to send sympathy or birthday wishes..The mat is embossed with a detailed embossing folder.

I used the Emboss and Cut Framelit and added a separate piece of Whisper White with the greeting on it.

The sprig is from the Christmas Cardinal Die set and just added a pop of color.

Again, enjoy your day in celebration that the Lord has risen!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Ladybugs

This card is stamped from the stamp set Little Ladybugs which was the hostess gift during Sale-A-Brations. It has lots of sayings and lots of lady bugs!

The paper is from the designer series that matches the Bee stamp set.  The images were colored with Blends. I don't have the framelits so they flower and ladybug was fussy cut which I am not very good at.

Thanks for stopping by and please stay safe and healthy (at home)!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Combo

Combining two hobbies is amazing. I created this card by embroidering the leaves and stem and then punching the flowers. The greeting is Stampin Up. You can use any greeting.

A great way to combine both loves. To embroider on card stock just use painters tape and tape it to the stabilizer and go to town. I would pick images with fewer stitches. Heavily stitching would probably tear the card. After I finished I put tape over the back of the stitching to secure it then used Dimensionals to attach to the actual card (4.25 x 5.5).

Thanks for stopping by!

Until next time have a blessed day!

Husky

For Jake; he requested a Husky for his shirt so... I am loving the one color images. They do turn out nice. Hope he likes it.

I know how hard it is to be so 'stay home' but right now it is a fact of life.

I will be making some cards soon but relaxing now with my new hobby and making some great gifts.
Stay safe and home and strong.

Until next time have a blessed and happy day!
