This card was a bit time consuming (but worth it) and inspired by Gretchen Barron. The coat, hat & scarf was cut from the Sending Love Designer Paper. Love the Chef! I used brads for the buttons and a touch of pink ribbon for accent. The oval is the SU die cut scalloped oval frame and the white was inserted for contrast.
