Hear, See, Speak

Another card a friend of mine asked to see. She gave me the Splitcoast link so to see the original Click Here posted by peggy-sue. It is soooo cute! Am beginning to love this owl as much as the 2 step Stampin Up bird! Hope you like it. Thank you Peggy-Sue for sharing such a great idea, very clever! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Another Challenge Card for Stamp A Holics

Another challenge card using the Real Red, Baha Breeze & Old Olive. Easy, peasy! love the Punch Potpourri stamp set from Stampin' Up. PS Thanks to all the words of encouragement from my 'fans' I put the Elephant Poo card back online but no description! I really appreciate your support. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Stamp A Holics - Challenge 130

This week's Color Challenge is brought to you by Delys! I never remember to set a timer till it is too late! This card took about 20 minutes to assemble but longer for the Mojo to kick in. LOL We used Real Red, Old Olive & Baja Breeze. The stamp set is Punch Potpourri (Level I Hostess) and I used the 2 step bird punch from Stampin' Up (of course). Little pearls accent the card and I think just makes it pop. Check out the other Design Team entries on Carole' Anne's blog. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Simple Card - CASE

My stampin' friend showed me a similar card on LaLatty's blog and I loved it. Simple, yet elegant. Mine is a bit different but good! It is Pacific Point Cardstock, ink and Just Believe Stmap Set (120453). The brads are Not Quite Navy but match ok. Hope you like it. Her card was square but this one is 4.25 x 5.50. Been MIA for a while but hope to get back into the swing when I get all caught up. HA ... no one ever gets all caught up! Stick with me for more creations. Until next time! August 2011

I looked and did not post August. These pages can also be cut down to 6x6 and make a recipe. Just put seasonal recipes on them... why not? Would make another great project! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

March/May Last ones...

Last two months, March & May for the 2011 Calendar. Now I get to bind it. I am hoping it is not tooooo bulky in places; if so, might have to make a few adjustments. As said before this is the prototype and lots of changes are already on the horizon! LOL Hope everyone likes the idea. It is a great way to feature a picture or event and make a page after the month is up! Have Fun, ENJOY! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Two More Pages

Here are two more pages. I said I was not going to work on it today and do other things but I was so upset when I found out Stampin' Up was closed yesterday and I put in a 2 day order and now it's gonna be three days and I really needed the stuff... O well next time I'll pay more attention. I know June is Wedding month but it's Father's Day too and then my DH informed me I did the dates backwards when you have to overlap them. I explained to him this is the prototype so will correct that the next go round. O well good thing this is FUN, huh? I'm just having a really BAD day but am sure someone else's is worse! What a thought? It's like the saying goes, fix what you can and accept the rest! Oh yes to top it off, got up early this am to surf and the internet was DOWN again! Seventh time this month - ain't the magic of 'N' great? Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

More Calendar - 2011

These are the last ones for today. I need to move on to more things! These are the pages for November, December & January. I messed the numbers up on Nov three times and decided this time I was leaving it... LOL One thing I have started doing... any left-over glossy paper after printing photos, I have been punching snowflakes. The punch is do detailed and this paper is a great weight and shiney as well. Makes a great snowflake. Hope you like these. I do hope to finish it up soon. Thanks for stopping by. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

2 More Calendar Pages - 2011

Here are the pages for December and February 2011. I have decided NOT to put the stamp-off images over the number section! I was really disappointed with the apple one so decided to leave them off. The pages are 8.5 x 11 Whisper White and the pages can be used for scrapbooking after the month is over! Each page holds a 4 x 4 1/4 picture. More months later. I have to go clean my craft room or I will have to gravel it! Then shovel my way in! I knew I was not crazy... I kept thinking I had posted today but it was not there! Guess I did not finish it so here's February and December is in the post I just did. These Senior moments are 'murder'! Get inky today! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

September 2011

Here's September revised. I don't think I like the apple's on the calendar. Any suggestions would be appreciated and I'll fix it... I need your help. Please leave a comment and we'll revise again! Thanks for stopping by. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

October Calendar

I'm really getting into this calendar thingee for 2011. My friend had the grid and month stamp so I ordered the numbers and decided to make a calendar for 2011. The first 3 pages I did I am re-doing since I have all the pages & punched them. I'll put them all on a coil binding to be hung. After each month is up you can tear off the sheet and use the top portion in a scrapbook page. How great is that! Two projects in one! I will post each page as I do them and then repost the first 3 after they are re-done. Hope you like it! You can give without pictures and they can put their own! WHAT A GREAT GIFT! Until next time! Black Magic Technique

My friend asked me to try the Black Magic Technique so this is my take on it. I used the retired Metallic pencils from Stampin' Up. Stamp image with white craft ink on Black cardstock. Color with pencils (next time I am going to try markers) then highlight with White Gel Pen. Hope you like it. Oh this is accented using Baja Breeze. I used the Baja Breeze marker to dye the white taffeta ribbon! Works GREAT! Thanks for stopping by. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Canned - Birthday

Here's the POP-TOP can I made for my DIL (daughter-in-law) for her birthday. I used Sunny Garden DSP and the Island Floral Die for the flowers. I must admit I used the Cricut for the letters (love my Cricut for letters) Anyway, The colors are Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade & Old Olive. The new little 1/2 pearls are the perfect accent for the butterflies and letters and I added a little glitz to the flower centers! Hope she likes it. Oh by the way, there is gift card inside! So just pop a top and there ya go! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Calendar/Scrap - Recipe

This is the combination of a Calendar and Scrapbook Page which started out as a recipe card 6x6 page! To see the original Recipe Page click here by Susan Amante. My friend asked me to work on a calendar for her using SU's Calendar Stamp... I decided to make a full 8.5x11 calendar with the top section done so you can use it each month then remove it and add to an 8.5x11 or 12x12 scrapbook page! This topper was made at a great SU Recipe card swap yesterday with a group of fantastic ladies! I just love making 'more' from an idea - what a great topper for a July calendar page. BTW there are no numbers yet, my stamp has not come for that! I'm trying to work out a class so we can make this calendar and bind with the bind-it-all or rub-a-coil. Anyway hope it gives you some ideas! Thanks for stopping by and your comments are greatly appreciated. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Progressive Page

On July 2, I made a 6 x 6 page for the SAH Challenge but all my scrapbooks are 12x12 so I call this my progressive page. I made the 6x6 page into a 12 x 12. Hope you like it! Last year I had a class on how to take a 6x6 and make it an 8.5 x 11 and then into a 12 x 12. It was fun and informative! Try it! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

July 4 (5)

Actually this was taken July 5 but he was wearing his July 4 T-shirt! Jacob and Grandpa sharing ice cream made a great theme for this page. I used the July 4 Stampin Up stamp set, white craft ink and Night of Navy ink. The star has the journaling and the medallion is on Dimensionals. Today is stamp club meeting and we're doing the 6 x 6 one sheet wonder making 5 cards. If I remember I'll photo the results for you later. It's a great way to make lots of cards quick! Thanks for stopping by. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

New Paper, etc.

Couldn't resist - wanted to use the new colors and ribbon so here's my contribution! The cardstock is Peach Parfait & Pear Pizzaz (don't you just love these names). Anywho... I used teh Newsprint designer paper with the Studio Sketches (122222)stamp set lightly colored with ink & a blender pen. The ribbon is the new InColor Stitched-poly ribbon in Peach Parfait (looks good enough to eat, huh?) Hope you like all the new colors and yes it is an adjustment but the more you play, the more you'll love 'em. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Owl Punch - Envelope Die

Just had to try the new owl punch from Stampin' Up and the Embossing Folder, Elegant Lines. The DSP is retired but the cardstock is Riding Hood Red and Soft Suede; Greeting from one of the new Hostess sets. My friend bought me the Sizzix Envelope die that makes a regular card size envelope so I made a matching envelope. Well if truth be told I made the envelope first then the card. I also made some tabs for the new catalog punched using the SU Tab punch. The words are on both sides and I printed them on Confetti Cream paper. I really like them to help locate certain stamps, etc. quickly! They are not fancy but they work! Just print, punch and glue! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Stamp A Holic SAH-128B

This week's challenge is brought to you by Sage Kimble - Scrapbook Page Sketch - 20 minutes. Well mine only took about 15 minutes to make, very simple but effective. I am still trying to get used to the new SU colors. I was so accustomed to the old ones and it is a hard habit to break. Mr Brown brought my new owl punch so I had to use it! Page is Pacific Point with Certainly Celery accents. Hope you like it. Please be sure to comment and stop by Carole Anne's Blog to see the other Design Team entries and post an entry for yourself. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'
