Crazy for Cupcakes

Found this scrap of Petals & Paisley (old, old SU designer paper) and it was perfect for the cupcakes. I used Stickles on each one and colored the rest with colored pencils. Just a cute, quick card for a Happy Birthday!!! Thanks for stopping by, until my next post, Happy Stampin' & Scrappin' Nancy
