This was totally CASE'd from
Kay Kalthoff. What a great kid's card! Kay used the Whimsy Wheel for the background but I didn't have it so I used French Filigree Background Stamp 113742 and I used Tiny Tags 118592 for the sentiment. Colors are Brilliant Blue (retiring), Ballet Blue (retiring) and Bashful Blue. The little fish is made from the Ornament Punch (which is still available), Scallop Square Punch, 1/2" Circle, 3/4" Circle and 1" Circle. The Circles are on Dimensionals as well as the fish.
Easy Peasy and lots of Fun. This will also be one of our monthly Stamp-A-Stack cards for May.
