This was done using the Bingo Daubers! I know it is a little late for the 4th but would make a great birthday card. I used sizzix stars and a retired Celebrate set; ribbon unknown.

ReplyDeleteI love this background! How fun, I have tons of different color daubers laying around--bet the kids would love to help with this one and the best part is the splats add so much so they would be great at it!
