Milk Painting
Be sure and check out the DEAL OF THE WEEK by clicking on my October Deal of the Week Icon on the left sidebar. Great Deals on Bigs Dies!
Don't you just love this 'faux' wood look? This is one of the techniques from Technique Junkies CD Collection available on the website. Check it out! This one is called Milk Painting and was featured on the Dec. 2005 CD. The lattice work is cut with the Big Shot Lattice Die (Pg. 198 - #115958 - $21.95); leaves are the stamp set in the Mini-Catalog (Pg. 12 - #116503 - $20.95)Autumn Splendor. I just love leaves and tress and especially this time of year.
The leaves are embossed in Gold embossing powder then tinted with reinkers. I used Rich Razzleberry Paper (Pg. 155 - 115316 - $5.50). Oh and for the finale' I used the left-over pieces from the lattice die cut to make the flower then added the acorns and all the leaves and acorns are on Dimensionals (Pg. 192 #10443 - $3.95).
For all or any of these supplies check out my 24/7 OnLine Stampin' Up Store. While you are there be sure to look at the Deal of the Week!
Until next post!
