Bunny Box & Square Treat Box

The bunny was made after seeing one created by Angelstar Stampin' Creations. It is so cute and made from the milk carton die cut. I haven't purchased any Easter Candy yet thus for now he is on 'empty'! Instructions are here! You will really love making this cute guy and I know you will enjoy giving him. The little treat holder (Gable Green) was made using the Stampin' Up square scallop die. Score at every 3 scallops and score diagonally on all four corners then tie the corners together using ribbon or gold/silver cord. Fill with small goodies! I did see this on another blog but I did not save it so can't give proper credit. We still have St. Patty's day to go before the 'Easter bunny' comes. I have another Stamp A stack today so I won't be able to play and I did get to keep my grandson yesterday and we played and played! They grow so fast. Stay warm and hopefully NO MORE SNOW and the wind seems to be subsiding. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

More Peppermint Patties

Everyone is always looking for ways to decorate and give those fabulous peppermint patties. So today it's going GREEN... the Frog on is made using the Stampin Up Full Heart punch for the base, large oval for the mouth and 2 1/2 inch punches for the eyes and a tiny heart punch for the nose. The other shamrock is made using 3 small heart punch (stampin up mini catalog) and I just drew the stem! Nice handout for the season! Just so you know I have not been slacking - I can't share with you 'yet' what I am working on! Have a great day and stay out of the wind! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Two Quick Posts Today

FINALLY finished cutting for my SAS this weekend so now it is time to play some more. I made these two quick cards and wanted to share. Hopefully will make more tomorrow. The St. Patty's Card uses Garden Green cardstock and a sheet of printed paper from the Welcome Neighbor DSP Sale A Bration FREE 6x6 pad. The Crushed Curry color and touch of ribbon suggested the 'gold' at the end of the rainbow! Shamrock was made using the Full Heart Punch by Stampin' Up. I lightly stamped the wood texture background stamp on the white oval. The other note card was made using two embellishments - one, the felt Sweet Pea flowers combined with the Sweet Pea Designer Paper. Two, the butterfly punched from a soda can using the butterfly sizzlit. It is so cute. I then used the "Hello" stamp from the Penant Park Stampin' Up stamp set. More tomorrow! Until next time! Two Posts Today

I have been working on my SAS all day today but wanted to post something I did besides cut paper! LOL... I made this House card using the FREE sale-a-bration paper and the house stamp set. I used one of the houses on the inside of the card as well and the sentiment is from Bella Bloom which is also a FREE sale-a-bration set from the Big Catalog. I made a big mistake on it so I covered it up with the 5-petal flower punch. The other card was CASE'd from Diane Klieger. It's made using scallop oval punch, large and small oval punch, 1 3/4 circle and 2 3/4" circles for cheeks and the heart punch for a nose. I wanted to make this to keep as a sample. He is so cute! Easter times a'comin'! Hope to get some new stuff made Wednesday; gotta work at my day job tomorrow so get inky! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Fancy Favor Easter Basket

Am loving this Fancy Favor Stampin Up Die. It is so versatile. There are two variations of the bunny I put on the front. Colors are Green Galore, YoYo Yellow & Pink Passion. I wheeled the center (crooked, of course) with the new Spring wheel in the Mini Catalog. Quick and easy to make and even easier to give! Fill with shred and Easter goodies. Oh BTW save the skinny strip left from cutting this box... It makes a really neat border for a card or scrapbook page. (already scalloped for ya) Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Bunny Box

We'll be making this cute little bunny box inspired by Kimberly Morris. at our next stamp club meeting in March. I used the Fancy Die Cut Box for the box part and then punches for her ears, feet, eyes and the face is the Stampin' Up Top Note die. She is so cute for Easter giving! BTW (2/20/2010) I did change the ears to the scalloped oval and the big pink oval and they look really good! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Diaper Cake

Thanks to the inspiration by Jenn D. I made this Diaper Cake for one of my customers. Don't worry she does not follow my blog. Her shower is soon but we have a meeting next weekend so I can give it to her then. She is having a girl (thus, pink LOL) This is my first one and I really enjoyed it. I had to run back to the store 'cause I did not buy enough diapers and I wanted to do it before it snowed again. So I ran BACK to the store and it started pouring snow about one mile from my house so I just made it back home in time. I used all Pretty in Pink and some paper from the Sending You Love DSP (Valentine papers). I put the 'BABY' in front and her name on the back but since you can hardly see her name I may have to work on that one. Enjoy Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Little Black 'Box"

Using the Stampin' Up Fancy Box die cut, I cut then embossed this box from the Clear Acrylic Sheets. You can not really see it in the picture though but it is embossed IRL. I used the Black Groom DSP (that you also can not see) for the lid. This cute little box is very masculine and so I gave it to hubby for Valentine's although he is diabetic and really is not supposed to have the candy! Happy Valentine's Day to All. Until next time! Sunday Share

I received this gorgeous card from the very talented Melissa Riker - check out more of her creations HERE. It was a 'thank you' note. I love the combination of colors - Rich Razzleberry & Soft Suede as well as the colors in the stamps. It was such a surprise in my mailbox! Thanks, Melissa, we may have to CASE this for a SAS. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Kind Thanks

Another FREE Sale A Brations set for the sentiment! How great is that; being rewarded for spending!!! I used Old Olive, Mambo Melon & Curshed Currie cardstock and pieces of Sweet Pea DSP. I had to try one of the punch flowers using 10 flower punches all wadded up and then braded together to form a flower. Such a 'springy' looking card since all this snow is about to get everyone down. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Totally Tess

Just a quick post, FINALLY, I got to use my new Totally Tess Stampin' Up set. She is really fashionable and such a fun stamp to use. Ribbon is non-Stampin' Up. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Paper Flowers!

Everyone is making paper flowers for cards, pages, etc. So then I thought why not use the flower on the die - Stampin' Up's Table Setting! This die was in the retired mini BUT you can write it in Item # 116819 - 42.95. It has a place card & tags as well. The flower is accented using a Prima leaf. It was a little 'tall' for the clip so I stepped on it to give it some 'character'. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Scrapbook Page

I know, I know - I don't post many pages. I guess it is because I started scrapbooking long before I started with Stampin' Up so I have my own style and lots of supplies I need to use. This is my grandson (4 months) and the start of a new scrapbook for him. As I finish some pages I will share with you and one of these days I will have to make one using the My Design Studio! Hope everyone is digging out. We're having high winds and lots of drifts right now... maybe tomorrow! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Buzzin' By

Well I was cleaning again and found this ribbon that was on a Bee's gift package (can't think of the name of the stuff right now) but anyway I could not resist! It is such a perfect accent. (re-cycle) I also love the Stampin' Up stamp set Buzzin' By. I did brayer YoYo Yellow over a bubble wrap and then transferred the design to the yellow background. You can't see it real well on the photo but it's there. Thanks for stopping by! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Cleaning - again

I found this pink card that I punched over 2 years ago and decided to finish it up. I needed a Sympathy card and I just can't throw things away! So it turned out OK. I used 3 pink buttons inside the little windows and the stamp set 'Thoughts & Prayers' which I borrowed from my DD. The colors are Old Olive & Pink Passion (not my usual color) so in keeping I made the next card. This one was from the Technique Junkies Newsletter (Feb/March, 2010) Dabbed Shimmers. I used Mambo Melon and White Stampin' Up shimmer paint which is still available for purchase BTW. I used Bella's Bloom for the flower & sentiment. It is a part of Sale-A-Brations from the big Stampin' Up catalog. I dabbed the brad as well so it matches perfectly. PS I did add some more stuff to my other blog: onlineextras.blogspot.com Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Another Jackie Topa Creation - Inspiration

Isn't that the cutest bunny? Great card and totally CASE'd from Jackie Topa. She is a wiz with the punches! The little 'rag bag' that has been floating around the internet was made using the small scallop Stampin' Up punch and the Box #2 Big Shot die. It is perfect for that small remembrance gift for that special someone. Also a great way to use scraps since it takes 20 small scallop punches. I confess I used retired paper for this one. This was a Jackie Topa kinda day! However, I did clean a little in my craft room and found a few things I had misplaced! But cleaning finally got the best of me. We are still snowbound but staying warm and stamping! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Two Shares

This Froggie is totally cased from Jackie Topa. She is the 'punch queen' and I love all her work. I didn't have any green candy and with all this snow on the ground had no chance of getting any to put in the heart treat cup soooo this is my sample! Using the shimmer platium paint I brayered the medallion on the Groom Black paper and made this Best Wishes card which was really quick and easy and elegant! This was featured in the Technique Junkies newsletter recommended by our very own Sherrill Graff. We are expecting about 12 more inches of snow and I am so concerned about loosing power so thought I had better post this tonight just in case! The snow is beautiful but it is time for it to go away or at least quit. There's another system moving in Tuesday so it's not over yet! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Well - Snow, Snow, Snow

It's snowing again here in Central Virginia! We had so much and now we've added anothre two inches so far and it is supposed to continue until tomorrow afternoon. We may never get out of here! I have been looking at some of the You Tube videos and watched the Stampin' Up one on how to use the new corner and edge punches so I decided to try it and make this card. It's worth watching - CLICK HERE. I still have lots of the Groom paper and I love that bird punch! Yep the flower is Prima but you have to use what you have! The sentiment is from Picture This, the Level I hostess set from the new mini! Stay SAFE & WARM! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Valentine Box

This cute little box was made by putting 2 Petal card dies together and the top and bottom from the oval frame cut from white. I glued the two flaps together and punched a hole and tied a ribbon to use as a hanger. A small box of Russell Stover fits perfectly! Just a fun little box for actually any occasion! We are still snowed in; picked up another 2 inches last night and expecting lots more Friday! So we may be in forever. I scrapped all day my grandson's first pictures. He is sooo cute! Anyway great time for stampin' & scrappin' - too cold for anything else. Get inky! Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Flower - Heart

The flower was made with 4 heart punches and Razzleberry Lemonade DSP. The stem was stamped and cut out and adhered using dimensionals to make it POP. I cut a 1 3/8" strip of DSP and punched each edge with the heart edge punch, covered it with ribbon and accented it with the 3 little flowers for the 3Flower Punch. The center of the flower was stamped from the Grateful Greetings Stamp set. Until next time! Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'
