Another Try that Technique this week. Masked Layers was featured in the Feb/March 2012 Technique Junkie Newsletter. It is a super technique and great for masculine cards, birthday, get well and the possibilities are endless. I used the Just Believe Stampin Up stamp set on the retired Newsprint Designer Paper.
