Technique Junkies features a Technique of the Week. This week it is the Chain Link Technique featured in the October/November TJ Newsletter! An easy but quick impressive card can be made using this design!

Since my border punches are limited I used my Silhouette to cut these 'chains'. The paper is retired DSP from Stampin Up!
