Strips of paper

This card turned out nothing like I pictured in my mind! But decided to finish it anyway. The background is made of 1/2" strips weaved and glued to a base. The card base is Pear Pizzaz and the printed from the Garden Lane Designer Paper.

The sentiment is from the set Rustic Retreat and the deer image is from Nature's Beauty. I double punched the mat that has the sentiment to make it smaller. Enjoy
