Butterfly Card

I made this card yesterday. The base color is Gorgeous Grape (Stampin' Up). Images from Rooted in Nature and Hold on to Hope.

The embossing folder is from Heartfelt Creations. I added rhinestones and pearls for some bling.

Mug Rugs

These are the four Mug Rugs I have made and I love them all. The santa one has some errors but it was a trial run.

Today's Card

Well I have been trying to get ORGANIZed which I think is next to impossible. I made this card from a kit which was not Stampin Up but it is still a beautiful card.

Everyone seems to love Sunflowers. They are beautiful. This could be any sentiment card not just birthday. I really enjoyed coloring the flowers with Copics and SU Blends.

Got one more room to go thru and then I can play! Please stay out of this heat and stamp on. Enjoy

Something different...

This beautiful card was cut with the Big Shot using a Crafter's Companion Embossing/cutting folder. It was perfect for the inside image. The base cardstock is Shaded Spruce; the inside is Whisper White.

The first picture is of the folder itself. Next image is the card opened up and the third is the closed card. I did sponge the edges of the Whisper White with the Shaded Spruce. The Stamp Set is one of Stampin' Up's new stamp set Seaside View.

This set makes great retirement cards, vacation cards, birthday card or just a note card. The image is dabbed with the sponge daubers and using the colored pencils.  Enjoy!

Another beautiful card from a kit in my stash. I know it is not SU but the design can be used to produce a Stampin' Up replica. Love the colors and especially the sunflowers.

The base is Very Vanilla with Cajun Craze sponged around the edges. All images are colored with Stampin Up Colored Pencils. Love those and they are so easy to use for color.

Apple Coasters

Don't you just love these cute little apple coasters. I know there is ONE little one which was my test case. I will be making the 4th larger one for a complete set of coasters.

I found 11 of these printed apple squares so had to make something and they were only 4x4. Wouldn't that make a great gift for your favorite teacher (that is, if school ever starts back)! Thanks for stopping by.

Merry Christmas

The words are cut from a new die at Stampin Up featuring all the holidays - Word Wishes! The card base is Sea Foam and the first layer is Mint Macron.

The top mat is from a sheet of paper from my stash. I accented it with some mint sequins. Love the colors for Christmas.

Country Shed

Another non-SU stamp set but really cute. It's a country tool shed stamped in black. I re-discovered the use of Stampin Up's colored pencils. Love the effect.

The base is Shimmering White with a Pear Pizzaz mat. Anyone would love to receive this card. (I hope)  Thanks for stopping by.

Snow Scene

This is another one in the Snowman Heartfelt Creation kit. it is lovely and could be done using Stampin Up images and die cuts. That would give it a whole new look.'

Jolly Snowman

This is not a Stampin Up image. It was a gift so I had to make it and it is so cute. There are three more in the set.
