Easter Bookmark

Hi Neighbors!

I know it has been a while since I posted but life has moved along too quickly!

This image was a Freebie from Omasplace.com (check it out)  It was meant to be embroidered on a towel, placemat, etc. but I decided to make a bookmark for my Bible.

I followed the rules for making bookmarks and added the back for coverage over all the 'messy' threads!

It's 3 x 6 done in Royal Blue and Royal Purple. Can't tell that on this scan but it is really pretty. I also used tear away stabilizer. Enjoy!

Until next time!

Burp Cloth and Bath Towel

This is a little burp cloth stitched on Terry Cloth. The bath towel is 36x36. I was a bit low on my image but it still works. Love the designs! Thanks for stopping by

Have a great day!

Until next time! Happy Stitching!

Embroidery

Found the shamrock truck pattern of course AFTER St. Patty's Day but still like it. The Strawberry is on a dish towel (which BTW the picture is sideways! As you can tell I love my embroidery machine and love to sew.

ENJOY!

Have a great day!

Until next time! Happy Sewing

Felt Sandwich

Made this sandwich for the kids to play with in their little kitchen. Wheat bread; bacon; lettuce; tomato; cheese and avocado. I didn’t have enough felt to make both slices of bread the same color!

The sandwich is so cute. EmbLibrary has several more bundles. May have to get them too! I'm sure the kids will enjoy making 'felt' sandwiches! Have a great day!

Until next time!

Good Mornin:

I can not believe it has been since July that I posted. Life has been too busy BUT I have been able to embroider some and make a few cards.

As some of you may know, I have dropped out of Stampin' Up. Covid has basically added to this decision. I have been with them for over 15 years (unbelievable) and I will miss all the interaction. I do plan on making more cards along the way.

Today I have been embroidering some and plan on cleaning house (YUK) too. I made these two towels today and love the pumpkins.

The design is from Apex Embroidery and towels from Walmart. I really enjoy sewing and using new designs.

I hope to post more in the future and not be so neglectful.

Until next time have a Blessed Day!

Male Card

I made this card especially for the men in your life. The base is Crushed Curry and the Designer Paper is 6x6 pad Classic Garage. The DSP is retired but I still have some in my stash.

The mat for the greeting is Tranquil Tide. I dotted around the edge just to give it some accent. On the inside I used the back side of the paper to add more color and stamped the greeting on Whisper White CardStock.

I know it has been a long time posting and hopefully I will get back in the swing.  Stay COOL.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Things I have been working on...

I have been busy embroidering, reading and some estate issues (for a friend). Anyway I hope to get some cards made soon and if  you go to my blog on the right sidebar is a link to the new 2021-2022 catalog... some really cool stuff AND you may order starting now!

First some Bee Mug rugs, next a few free standing butterflies (would be cute to put in your potted plants around the house) and a Shark for Jake. The third one are some flour sack towels for your kitchen and lastly two hand sanitizers for Josie and Scarlett.

I simply love all the designs you can get to embroider.

Until next time have a blessed day!

Yard Flag

This was made on a $1.00 placemat from $-Tree. I did take the back off and since I had used one of these before and it puckered so bad, I used Wonder-Under and put a piece of canvas on the back of the top fabric and it turned out so much better.

This was the FREE design from EmbLibrary when you order $10. or more in full price patterns.

The placemat is actually light tan but the scan makes it look gray. I just love these 3 color medleys!

Until next time have a blessed day!
