I used the new In-colors from Stampin' Up to make this cute note card. Pacific Point & Kiwi Kiss are the colors for the mat (cut with Spellbinders Nestabilities) and card base. When you pull up the ribbon the picture slides up to reveal a message. I dyed the ribbon with the reinker as instructed in the new Stampin' Up 2008 Fall/Winter catalog. Picture was stamped using Serene Spring, a Stampin' Up Hostess set and colored with various markers. The butterfly on the envelope accents the card!
