This cutie was made using blush blossom cardstock and Big Shot's Top Note. The hat is 1/2 a top note and the beard is a sliver off a top note. Originally I saw one like this at Mary Jo Price-Williams, Technostamper but since have seen several versions. He's just a cute little fella. My daughter was born on St. Patty's day so this would be a great card for her!
I used Garden Green for the hat & cut the buckle from chipboard and a Sizzix die then glittered. Hope you like him.

Leprechaun Top Note
