This is bordering blue using the Cuttlebug Embossing folder 'Snowflakes'. The technique was first introduced thru Technique Junkies but you can find it under Resources at Splitcoast Stampers. It's fun, easy and what a great effect. You even get two backgrounds from one technique.

Beautiful! Will have to try this technique! I have made some with the waxed paper technique, but not the cuttlebug folder waxed paper technique! Lovely!
That looks great. I can not decide if I like this technique most times it is so un-even looking. But yours looks great.
