As you can see again 'left-overs'! I used a carousel round note to make this 'note' holder and all the stickers and insert was left from a retired Scrappin' Kit.
I folded over each side; scored and then turned up the bottom and used sticky tape to hold closed and added the slider around the whole card holder. Just another way to use those left-overs! I sticked the inside of the flowers and where the leaf and flower 'hung-over' the side of the card, just rub with a little talc or baby powder and voila NO STICKY. This trick is also good if you want to put your stickers on pop dots.

Carousel Note Card
