Well this was the last remnants of my Bella Bleu Designer Paper! and I mean remnants. I had just enough to make a matching envelope. I love using all my scraps and I had wanted to try the punched medallion. It's a Martha Stewart punch (don't tell anyone) which I really like! Hope you like this simple note card.
