Quick & Easy scallop punch card. Real Red is the base and I used the prints from Hostess Level 1 6x6 papers and stamped Merry Christmas w/ the Punches Three set. It is adhered using dimensionals to make it pop. For accent I used the red ribbon.
Gotta love the scallop punch!
