My First Stamp-A-Holic Challenge
This is the first of many challenges for the SAH (Stamp-A-Holics). It is a color challenge using:
Chocolate Chip Card Stock - 5 1/2 x 4 1/4
Rich Razzleberry - 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
Always Artichoke - 5 1/4 x 4
Whisper White
Element of Style (Summer Mini) Stamp Set - sentiment & flowers
Textured impressions Stampin' Up Embossing Folder - Square Lattice (Summer Mini)
6" Chocolate Chip Satin 5/8" Ribbon
2 Brads
Oval Frame Scallop Die
Large Oval Punch
Scallop Oval Punch
Movers & Shapers Die - Scallop Oval
I used Stampin' Up Markers and blender pen to color the beautiful flowers! The picture is also spritzed with the new Smooch Spritz Vanilla Shimmer. You can't see it in the photo but it's really shimmery in real life. The three cut flowers are on Dimensionals for accent!
Come on ladies, play along. Use only Current Stmapin' Up items, post to your blog or Splitcoast Stampers Gallery then go to Carole Anne's Blog. Link directly to the link - not just the blog with Mr. Linky! It's fun and offers lots of inspiration and motivation! GET INKY!
PS I just noticed I left out a Design Team Member. My bad - Cynthia
Cynthia Stevenson
Until next time!
Happy Stampin' & Scrappin'

Yummy card, Nancy. The colors are so rich, and show up the Elements of Style images so nicely. I like the combination of textures and layers that you used.

Congratulations on your first of many DT Challenges. Really pretty card I have been wanting to see more of the new impressions folder in use as a background, Thanks.
Very pretty card, Nancy. Isn't that the prettiest set? I think it is going to be a favorite with many people. You presented a good introduction for it. I look forward to more stamping with you.
