Sunflowers!
Well I fell in love with Patty Bennett's cute little sunflowers made from the Stampin' Up scallop punch and the center is the 1" punch. I did not have any brown poka-dot paper so I used my Cuttlebug and Dotted Swiss embossing folder. I brayered brown on the 'indented side' of the folder and embossed as usual using white paper so it looks like dots and it also makes it three-dimentional.
What a cool flower! Thanks, Patty for sharing. To make the leaves FOLD your paper in 1/2 and then run thru your crimper at an angle and cut in a leaf shape! Now how great is that! I used Bare Banana & Chocolate Chip Cardstock and a scrap of an old discontinued paper for the printed piece!
I hope you enjoy the card. The flowers are on pop-dots and I also found these vanilla cards while I was cleaning out my filing cabinet. They are an off size I guess I purchased a long time ago at Michaels. I sponged around the envelope flap.
I am trying to clean out my craft room and use alot of the 'old' stuff I have had stashed away.
Thanks for stopping by and until next time,
Happy Stampin' and Scrappin'
Nancy
